Roohi Release: Janhvi Kapoor Is Feeling The Pressure As The Film Is Set To Hit Theatres Soon Post COVID-19 Hiatus; Expresses 'My Life Depends On It'
After a very long time, a big film will make it to the theatres. Due to the Coronavirus situation in India, theatres had to be shut to curb the spread of the Virus. Now, the theatre culture is expected to come back as Rajkummar Rao, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Sharma's horror-comedy Roohi will release on March 11, 2021. Fans are eagerly waiting for a film of such a scale to make it to the theatres. Stars too are feeling the pressure as Janhvi Kapoor in her recent interview mentioned that her life depends on the success of the film.

To news agency IANS, Janhvi spoke about her film making it to the theatres and requested all the audiences to go to the theatres and watch the film while taking proper precautions. She said, "Please go watch the film, carry a mask and sanitiser but please go to the theatres and watch my film. My life depends on it. The theatre culture depends on it."

Janhvi Kapoor even revealed about the efforts the team put in to make Roohi. "We shot it a year and a half ago. It was physically gruelling. (We) tried to get that voice (of the banshee) — the screaming, screeching and a lot of harness work. It was quite taxing. I had a lot of back problems because of it," she was quoted saying.

It was recently that the trailer of the film made it to the internet and it received a good response from the audience. A few songs of Roohi also got released. (Also Read: Roohi Song Out Now: 'Kiston' Sees Rajkummar Rao Fall In Love With Janhvi Kapoor After Abducting Her)
